  • How do I receive the program?

    Once you'e signed up you'll receive an email with instructions on how to access the MINDFIT app - everything you need is in there! If you have any issues getting set up just reach out!

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes! The MINDFIT Method is a monthly subscription - billed weekly at $35 or monthly at $119. We ask for a 3 month minimum commitment because real habits take time to build and that's exactly what we're here to do. After your first 3 months you can cancel anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! The MINDFIT Method is 100% online so you can access it from anywhere in the world. All you need is your phone and you're good to go!

  • Is the program the same every month?

    Nope! Your workouts are progressive which means they get more challenging as you get stronger. We're always building on what you've already done - because that's how real results happen!


Subscriptions

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel just reach out with at least 7 days notice before your next billing date. Please note that once cancelled you'll lose access to the app, your plans, and all support.

  • Can I pause payment without canceling my account?

Personalised Nutritional Guidance

  • How can I adjust my dislikes list?

    Easy! Head to your profile in the app, tap dietary preferences and then ingredients I dislike - from there you can add or remove anything you want!

  • How do I swap meals?

    Super easy! Just tap the meal you want to change, hit the swap option and choose something else. Done!


Workout Plans

  • Is this beginner friendly?

    100%! It doesn't matter where you're starting from - the MINDFIT Method meets you where you are. You'll start at a level that feels manageable and build from there. No experience needed, just the willingness to show up.

  • Can I do the workout plan at home?

    Yes! We start with bodyweight to build a solid foundation - all you need is yourself! From there all you need is a set of dumbbells. Just select the home only option when setting up your profile and you're good to go.

  • How do I swap workouts?

    Easy! Just tap the exercise you want to swap, hit the swap icon on the right side of the screen and choose your replacement. Simple!
