Why I created this challenge...
9 years ago I hit rock bottom after gaining 30kg. Every time I tried to lose weight I would start strong, then life would happen and I would fall off track again.
At the end of 2017 I stopped trying to find the fastest way to lose weight and started focusing on rebuilding my habits instead. That shift changed everything.
I lost 20kg and more importantly I built a lifestyle that improved my health, confidence and happiness.
That experience is exactly why I created the MINDFIT Method and this challenge.
Because when you focus on rebuilding your habits, you stop starting over and finally create results that last.
